In Little Italy, there's a gift boutique where Frank Sinatra songs spill out into the street, loud enough to enchant and or amuse innocent passersby. Those who are caught up in the ambience of this small, pretty neighborhood where the tunes and red wine flow easily should surrender to the atmosphere and consider capping the Little Italy experience with dinner at the Trattoria Roman Garden. There is often live music on the weekends, and the odds of hearing more Sinatra tunes are good. Pillowy, delicate homemade cheese raviolis and other dizzyingly delicious pasta entrees are served up in spacious, inviting surroundings. The spinach noodles in marinara sauce are as pretty to look at as they are divine to eat, and the portions are mammoth, promising a wholly satisfying lunch for the next day, as well as a souvenir from an evening that's authentically Italian enough for the Chairman of the Board himself.

Never Again
By mandsmunni on 06/30/2007
The service was slow and unattentive, the atmosphere was terrible, there was no ambiance. It was tiny and cramped and the food was nothing spectacular. My husband and I went for our 5 year anniversary and were very disapointed!!

Good Stuff
By reedhazen on 05/16/2007
Everything we had here was very good. I had the eggplant appetizer, and that was excellent, amazing even. Alot of food, not redicluous sized portions but plenty nough for me and I'm a big guyand I took home a box. The only reason it wasn't excellent is because it was so noisy in there, I ate there with five other people, it was a rectangular table and I couldn't hear a word anyone was saying at the other end of the table. But otherwise good stuff!

Good enough for Rachael Ray
By regik on 03/14/2007
If Rachael Ray picked it as a stop, it's good enough for me. I have always had good food there...to me it is the "typical little Italian restaurant" with the ambience, checkered table cloths, lots of people milling around and AWESOME Italian cuisine.
