Don't let the name fool you, folks, because Frank Sterle's "Country" House couldn't be farther from the country. We're actually talking old country here, and old-fashioned Slavic-style cooking is the rule at this joint, which has a menu full of delights found in few places around town. Certainly the Slovenian sausage is a crowd-pleaser, but there are other favorites as well. The wiener schnitzel comes highly recommended, or you might start your meal with a helping of goulash and then finish it off with a slab of strudel for dessert -- if you have room. Families, meetings, even wedding receptions can all squeeze in at this oversize hall -- the seating is that extensive. The stained-glass windows and large murals on the walls add to the overall ambience.
