Sitting on the East Bank of the Cuyahoga River, the Odeon continues to breathe life into the Flats, Cleveland's once-bustling bar district. While the "in" crowd may have moved up the hill to the Warehouse District, music lovers will always go out of their way to see a show at the Flats, and the Odeon plays host to as many quality concerts as any small venue on the North Coast. The two-level arena can pack in nearly a thousand folks on any given night, and most of the shows play to full capacity. Past performers have included Metallica, Kid Rock, No Doubt, even Hanson and the Monkees. More often, though, it's the local bands, such as Pink Floyd tribute group Wish You Were Here, that entertain the throngs.
