The concept: a short menu of little appetizers in a small restaurant. The twist? Half of the dishes are traditional Spanish tapas and the other half are "Twisted Tapas," or plates advertised as international fare. It's a fine concept, if a bit of a stretch. Caesar Salad, grilled asparagus and broccoli with Hollandaise sauce might not transport you back to the old country, but the Spanish fare has authentic roots. And the restaurant itself, a dark, intimate space with red textured walls, multicolored tiles, a small lounge area in the front and a few tables outside, is casual, comfortable and unassuming. -- Jorge Just
