Diners settle into this expansive patio made intimate by a garden setting that highlights such Chicago fixtures as the Buckingham Fountain and Monroe Harbor. Golf enthusiasts may enjoy the putting course, which offers a demanding layout built to challenge even the die-hards of the game. Tourists should appreciate the botanic garden pathways and live performances by the Grant Park Orchestra. The moderately priced classic American menu features salads, sandwiches and soup. Standouts include the surf & turf sandwich (filet mignon and lobster piled high with Chipotle mayo), a six-ounce blackened pork chop sandwich and a Mediterranean salad (with filet mignon, roasted red peppers and feta cheese). What Happened???

The food is VERY DISAPPOINTING! The service was not much better. What a change from last year! This was our third event at The Green. The past 2 years have been perfect, Excellent food and fun hostess' and servers! Great music! WHAT HAPPENED??? What a disappointment.

What a beautiful restaurant! We were very impressed by the surroundings and the pleasant staff. The menu has changed and includes a tilapia that is unbelievably delicious. It is served over a grilled pineapple... yum! My husband had the ribs, which according to him, were the best he ever had! The chef even came out and asked how everything was. What a pleasant touch in this fast paced city we live in. EXCELLENT place. I wish they were open all year round.

This place is the best outdoor dining I've ever been to. The surroundings are beautiful. It is located directly across from the Petrillo bandshell. There was live music at the bandshell, which we could hear perfectly. The staff was very friendly and proper. I had the Tilapia special which was EXCELLENT. My friend had the Surf and Turf, which she loved. We also had Bananas Foster, which was better than New Orleans!
