By day, this bi-level corner restaurant hums like every other spot on the trendy dining strip known as ''Restaurant Row.'' Dragonfly, which moves from a relatively cramped space in the Gold Coast for these generous digs, continues to offer stylish plates of Asian fare. Executive chef Chen Hsiang Hsieh creates some inventive new dishes as well as some of the old favorites from the original location. Those craving seafood will be delighted to see the signature honey-walnut prawns and Dragonfly noodles (with spicy oyster sauce and seafood) back on the menu. For vegetarians, dig into the new garlicky tofu. With Dragonfly's light menu, diners will easily have room for dessert, from the mochi ball (handmade rice cake filled with ice cream) to lush, homemade ice cream flavors such as green tea, mango and strawberry. Dim sum is available every weekend. By night, Dragonfly's ''come hither'' lit sign dims, making way for Fly Bar's light to shine. The upper-level lounge -- called Dragonfly's ''alter ego'' by its owners -- features DJs spinning soul, house, hip-hop and R&B. Settle into this sleek, Asian atmosphere with Dragonfly's signature sipper, the raspberry sakitini (raspberry saki, 7-Up, vodka and orange juice).
