Skip the usual slick city spots and go for a little quiet sophistication at this suburban eatery with tons of potential. Courtright's, which boasts a setting that's both an architectural and natural wonder, offers a warm, welcoming atmosphere for families as well as special occasions. Inside, the decor is rich in color and organic patterns, while outside the gardens (used mostly for wedding receptions and corporate cocktail parties) are set beneath beautiful wooded oaks on the edge of a breathtaking forest. But regardless of where the diner sits, the tempting American creations such as herb-crusted rack of lamb with natural jus, prime-aged steaks, grilled ostrich filet, and filet of sea bass sauted with seasoned greens are not to be missed. Courtright's also offers a special five-course, fixed-price dinner nightly to take advantage of fresh, seasonal items.
