Cesar's claim to fame is their killer margarita. Whether you like it frozen and fruity or on the rocks with salt, both come with a healthy dose of Tequila that packs a punch. Pair that with a basket of chips and salsa, and you've got yourself a hot night on the town. If you're going to consume multiple killer margaritas, you might want to sop up some of that alcohol with some good old-fashioned Mexican food. Try the classic burrito for about $6, or go all out with a T-bone steak, served with soup and salad for $13. The neon lights and Clark Street location provide the perfect party atmosphere, but if you live further east and south, you might want to check out their second location at Broadway and Oakdale. -- Emily Hiser

Never Again!
I thought we were in the age of reason and acceptance. I hope that after reading this, you will think twice before giving these people a cent. My friends were in there this evening and had a horrible experience. One of my friends, a female, leaned over and kissed her girlfriend. The bartender said, "You ladies can't do that in here." He then proceeded to tell them that if it continued the manager would come over and ask them to leave. Can you believe it?! With that, my friends left. None of us will ever go there again, I hope you will do the same. Maybe if enough people refuse to dine there for this reason, they will feel the effect of their hatred and bigotry. Please help us.
