One of the Queen City's most unusual dining experiences, Melting Pot's all-fondue theme makes it a sexy date spot as well as a fun and even slightly hedonistic destination for groups. Begin with a cheese fondue, with bread, vegetables and apple slices for dipping. Then choose your cooking style for the entree: Coq au vin, Mojo, Court Bouillion or Bourguignonne. Dunk a bite of uncooked meat or veggies (the huge selection includes fish, shrimp, sausage, chicken, beef, filet mignon, mushrooms, pork, duck and lobster) into hot oil until cooked, and then dip it in your choice of sauce. Desserts are also served fondue-style, with nine choices of chocolate fondue (including swirled white and dark chocolate, amaretto chocolate, and milk chocolate swirled with bailey's Irish Cream) into which salivating diners can dunk fruit, cheesecake, pound cake and brownies.
