Even if you're just driving past Salvatore's Italian Gardens, you can get a glimpse of the Las Vegas vibe that has been attracting lovey-dovey diners since the '60s. Check out the dozens of classical pillars and statues outlining the property and the illuminated antique cars on display. And then there's the interior -- a multi-layered experience of bronze statuettes, gilded surfaces, carved-wood furniture and what seem to be the world's largest crystal chandeliers. The waitstaff is formally dressed, and service is polished.

The dinner-only menu features a number of dishes designed for sharing, such as Chateaubriand and Millionaire's Medley. Seafood entrees include stuffed lobster and salmon Wellington, baked with mushrooms and fresh dill in a pastry crust. Of course, there's also pasta, tossed with a few saucy options.
