The line on Arlington dining is that it's a town with just about one of everything. Thai, Italian, Bistro. You name it. Jimmy's Steer House falls neatly (and cheaply) into the category of affordable steakhouse or neighborhood grill. Arlington's friendly mix of blue and white collar, young and old fill the place at all times of day. The food is self-explanatory as the menu is divided into headings like "Charcoal Broilings," "Italian Specialties" and "From the Sea." The variations of chicken and veal Parmesan dinners, sandwiches, mixed grills, stuffed scrod, and New York sirloin are prepared as you'd expect-well and often well done.

Another "Simply the Best"
It's the best restaurant anywhere!!! Quality, variety and price. Jimmy's has it all. It's always a tough decision to decide what to order each time. Everything is so good. I moved out of state, but go there whenever I am in MA.

When I'm back in Boston, I always go to Jimmy's for the " Prime Rib".

try the rack of Lamb too
I have never had a bad meal at Jimmie in Arlington, I enjoy the rack of Lamb best, cooked medium rare for me with great taste and tender. Service is great, do expect to wait for a table at times but the wait is worth it, you might even get to know who you are with better!
