The staff is not only courteous and gracious but also knowledgeable. Choose from nearly 40 wines, twice that by the bottle or from a handful of imported and domestic beers, ales and lagers. As for the food, the menu changes every few weeks, but you will always find a half-dozen imaginative entrees inspired by regional cuisine worldwide. Pork and beef tenderloin, lamb, chicken and seafood are prepared in ever-changing ways and served with their own sides. Soups such as spicy duck and sausage gumbo, huge entree salads such as chile-lime grilled chicken salad and vegetarian offerings such as lasagna fresca with basil puree round out the menu.
