The attitude-proof EARL (a.k.a. East Atlanta Restaurant and Lounge) serves booze and live entertainment to Atlantans looking for steaks and seafood, the famous 'Earl Burger,' veggie pitas, gator fritters and boiled peanuts. The famed Sunday brunch is a local fave, though not exactly a brunch -- those seeking chow at this funky indie club have probably partied till dawn the night before. Brunch here is called "dunch" (dinner/lunch) and is served until late afternoon. The weary and queasy can dunch on hash browns, Bloody Marys, huevos rancheros and pancakes while taking in acoustic music (the alt/country Bluejays are a favorite) and shabby-chic yardsale decor. -- Jennifer Saylor

The Best Yet
By richboggs on 07/01/2005
I think this is by far the best batman mvoie yet. All the cards were played right. It was dark like batman should be and it focuses more on batman. If you go back to the original movies all of them focus on the villians and there lives way more than batmans life. this one has a good orgin and an excellent plot. I.ve heard that the director will start on the remake of the first movie and i cant wait.

This place is tight as hishelll! I've been there over 20 times and the bands are always very good, well except one time they had some lamos typing on their nerdy laptops creating what I call crap! What's more is that the people you talk to and see are always so nice and cool. Usually the chicks are freaky hot, as a matter of fact on new year's eve one just grabed me and started kissing me! hands down best place! especially if you love good music and hate Buckhead.
