The views of Lake Winnebago and the Pioneer Resort and Marina are almost spectacular enough to take one's eyes off the food, whether it's breakfast, lunch or dinner. A seafood buffet on Fridays features deep-fried and baked haddock, popcorn shrimp, fresh and deep-fried fish, roast chicken, parsley boiled potatoes, vegetables, peel-and-eat shrimp and six prepared salads (in addition to a build-your-own-salad offering). If it's Saturday, it's time for prime rib -- seasoned with garlic butter or served a la Oscar - - served with Yorkshire pudding and horseradish sauce. Throughout the week, enjoy such house specialties as barbecue baby-back ribs, chicken Ana Luisa and tournedos Eva. The premier brunch of Oshkosh takes place on Sundays from 9:30am to 1:30pm. Reasonably priced at $11.95, the brunch offers an array of delicious hot entrees, carved roast meats, create-your-own-omelettes, a sauteed- to-order pasta station, salad bar, smoked salmon, and a table of luscious desserts. You may need the entire four hours to enjoy it all!
