Great Place 06/30/2007

 

 

I Must say, Best dinner I have had in a long time. Everything was great right down to my drink. Very friendly staff. Everyone smiling, They must be eating their own food to be that happy. Great expirence. Will be back!!

After reading in the Times Union that this place was absolutely the best steak restaurant in the area,I couldn't wait to try it. My drink was decent,but in a pathetically small glass. The salad was good but awash in dressing-my fault for not ordering it on the side. My filet was good but not exceptional and the steak fries were obviously of the frozen variety and barely heated through. Too bad because I remember this place as L'Auberge,an exceptional restaurant.
